I started doing on-line counseling in 2017 as an added convenience for clients who had busy schedules and wanted more of a connection outside of typical office hours. I became a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider in 2018.
Today on-line counseling is a thing of “today’s world.” It is safe, affordable, easy and convenient. These are unprecedented times and face-to-face sessions are not always possible. Life can be a little different now and sometimes motivation and support through online communication can help you push through everyday living. I am a natural motivator and enjoy coaching when the opportunity arises.
Online Counseling provides excellent support for addictions and other annoying or disruptive behaviors. I am a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and can sometimes provide times that are outside of typical office hours. Online Counseling also provides anonymity from the visibility of going to a physical office.
